I can’t believe I’m doing this.

When everyone started the blog craze a few years ago, all I could think was “too much free time,” and “a little nerdy?” But over the years, it’s came down more to “too much free time”. The crazy part about it is that although I’m this big grad student and all, I’ve never had so much free time and no one to talk to ever. Why else did I get a blog? I think everyone knows, since for the past few weeks I’ve been e-harrassed on all the clans’ blogs. Even momma Rausch got in on it, and that was the final straw.

So now, what the heck am I supposed to write about? I think the Spur took all the writing out of me. I suppose until I get creative with it, I will just have to tell everyone what has been going on, since I really haven’t personally spoken to anyone but my family personally. I’m just not a personable kind of person. Which leads me to the news of the week.

I have a job. Well, Bryce and I have the same job, which involves being personable, and like I said, I’m not. In fact, telling people “Thank you, Have a nice day, enjoy your meal, your server will be right with you” makes my face hurt from all the fake smiling. But it’s money and I can afford a face-ache for that. In a few weeks, I can train to not just be a greet and seater, but a server that brings foor and makes tips. Right now, (training is $5.15) I make $3.80 with 3% of the sales while I’m clocked in, so it actually pays pretty good. But like I said, I’m not really personable, but I can fake it for some money. It costs 19 dollars for two movie tickets, and 17 dollars for two pops and a popcorn at the theather out here, according to my friend out here, who went this past weekend.

Overall, I get along with my classmates pretty well. One, Wayne, lives in the same apartment building as me and Bryce, and we ride to class. Which cuts my gas in half, so can’t complain. So sometimes we hang out and watch T.V., mostly on Thursday. Another guy is Sam, who B and I agree is pretty cool. He’s our age, but he is already married, so we have a lot in common that way. There are many girls in the class, but most are really what I would call acquaintances. I’m not going to talk bad about anyone, especially since no one here knows them, but they (some) like to talk behind people’s back, including about my best friend here, Megan.

Megan O’brien is from Wisconsin, bright red hair, and my professor loves her. In a kinda creepy “Uncle Bryce” sorta way. (Above girls, probably jealous). But anyways, she’s from Wisconsin, so she’s a Midwest girl. We have some political differences and all that, but we get along well. We got our hair cut together. She’s gonna help me pick out my wedding dress. Her boyfriend Dominic sold Bryce his car, and we’ve had couples night.

What else? Oh yes, Mom, I’ve gotten some kittens. I haven’t told you yet because I wanted to see how it would work out, but I got two kittens. They are black, brother and sister, and they were rescued by an agency out here. They are already spayed/neutered, and had all of their shots, and I have free checkup for each of them at Petsmart. They are a little on the shy side, but they’ve warmed up to me. Bryce? Oh no. They are scared to death of him. Probably because he watches sports every day, and when he does, he likes to cheer, clap, etc., which scares them out of their wits. And he wonders why they run from him. Bear (the boy) is eating, and Bitty (she’s on the small side) is looking to get in there.

They are very playful and they like to curl up on my feet and by my face at night, they are very fun except for the loud purring at night. Bryce wants to be their buddy, we’ll see.

On the school front, no dead bodies yet :( Sorry. Lots of pictures, but nothing for real real. Sooo, I think that about concludes boring post number 1. Just remember, you all asked for it!

“He’s our age, but he is already married, so we have a lot in common that way.” I find that line really funny.

This explains why Bryce still hasn’t shown me pictures of the kitties driving his car, like he promised. Maybe you can help me out, Linds.

Wow, I would stick to pirating the movie and then eating microwave popcorn with a can of coke. That would show those overpriced movie bastards.
